Towards the lower part of the gardens you will no doubt come across our largest restored pond which is arguably the part of the garden which has transformed the most. In light of this we have grassed the area adjacent to it which existed for many years as shrubs and brambles, making it into a beautiful open picnic area. Just off the path leading to the pond you will find wooden benches and tables perfect for a lunch in the sun.
